Planning
Task - Game
Target audience - 12-25
How would the target appeal to the audience?
I would pick a gaming genre where a wide range of audience enjoy. There are also many big games and i would create a game which would have a similar aspect to a certain well known game and this might help with getting a lot of followers behind it.
Is the planning realistically likely to fit within the 6 hour preparation time frame?
There are a lot of aspects which apply to the gaming industry and to the players .
Rationale - A rationale is an explanation of what you intend to produce, with justifications for how it meets the requirements of the commissions.
what might help you to provide justifications?
what you want to do for your commission and try to make the reasons sound right and correct for the situation.
what might need to be explained ?
why it is useful and the impact of actions.
Primary research is when you find the research yourself.
secondary research is when you use existing research sources to find about something.

The Message
This message is to decrease the young people specifically aged 14-19 from getting bullied. We have done this by creating helpful videos explaining the outcomes of the person getting bullied either telling someone that he needs help or he does not say anything. These types of videos which contain two endings will show a lot of people who are getting bullied to seek help rather than trying to face it alone. Facing bullying alone is part of the problem . Bullying is about power and control. As a result, it causes victims to feel powerless or weak. For many kids, this creates feelings of intense shame and embarrassment. Likewise, if victims are being bullied because of something they are already sensitive about like a physical attribute or an accusation, they will often be too embarrassed to talk about it. Over the years we have seen drastic progress of bullying situations, both cyber and physical, this CAN be fixed by going onto our website (www.helpus.co.uk) and taking a survey which will help the organization decide on how to help the community.
From our recent survey we have concluded that 60% of individuals who encounter any events are under 18. Over 30% of these people do not take action and try to help the situation, this plays a huge part in the success of bullying all over the world and only 30 to 35% try to stop the event if this number was increased then our organisation would not be in dire need of assistance as it is right now. We have researched and have come to a conclusion that those who do not tell anyone about their bullying situation end up harming themselves and others because of it this can be changed by simply going on to our website and talking with one of our operators. We have seen the results and those who wish for help certainly get it from our operators. Most of the conversations are a result of the victims appearance hence he gets bullied, over 60% of teenagers get bullied over their physical features and our operators try their hardest to help the teenagers overcome their low self esteem just because they have certain features.

Community Events
1) Get involved in our competition - For National Anti-Bullying Week we are holding a competition with the theme show us how you ‘stand together against bullying’.
2) Design an app competition - Hold a competition among the different classes in the school to see who can design the best anti-bullying app. The app must be child friendly, safe to use and educate young people about bullying in a fun way. This is a good opportunity to get your students talking and thinking about internet safety. The winning team can present their idea in assembly. You could also ask the local police to come and talk about online safety and cyber-bullying.
Definition: Apps is an abbreviation for application. An app is a piece of software. It can run on the Internet, on your computer, or on your phone or other electronic device.
3) Celebrate diversity - Show the diversity in your school by holding a diversity evening. Ask pupils to talk about what makes them different and ask different talent to perform at the event. You could also use it as a way to raise money for your school’s anti-bullying work or The Diana Award.
4) Anti-bullying parade – Hold an anti-bullying march around the playground. Get your students to design posters and signs with anti-bullying slogans and pictures.
5) Whole school anti-bullying poem – Decide on a topic for the poem. Ask each class to write a section of the anti-bullying poem, put them all together at the end of the week to create a whole school poem. Display the poem in a main section of the school.
6) Re-write your school’s anti-bullying policy – Re-write your schools anti-bullying policy to make it child friendly. You may choose to use a video or pictures to show the policy.
7) Anti-bullying pledge – Ask each pupil to write and design an anti-bullying pledge stating what they will do to tackle bullying in their school. Create a display of these pledges. If students misbehave remind them of their pledge.
8) Launch a bullying reporting system – Anti-Bullying Week is a great time to check if your students know who to talk to in the school if they are being bullied. Think of ways they can report bullying anonymously. This may involve launching an email address or number they can call. Design cards with these details on and hand them out to students.
9) Primary – Ask your students to write down words or comments that make them happy and words and comments that make them sad. Discuss why these words and comments may make them happy/sad. Create a visible list of words, comments and actions you do and do not want to hear in school.
Secondary – In pairs ask your students to research a bullying issue that has been in the news involving a person and choose a relevant article. Ask them to write a summary of the article to share with the class. Back in the classroom ask students to discuss their articles and explore the different options the person in the article could have taken.
10) Anti-bullying hero/heroine fancy dress day - On the last day of National Anti-Bullying Week hold an anti-bullying hero/heroine day. The idea being that students come in in fancy dress as their childhood heroes/heroines and talk about how they will be someone else's hero/heroine in school.

Proposal
We have thought of a proposal in which in the end it would benefit any companies involved in said proposal and our own company. We as a new anti bullying company have thought that we should make a big website which would consist of the entire bullying source, not just for certain life problems but for all.
Creation Of The Website
(On starting this website we have borrowed a budget from another company which supports the same cause and has decided to help us with this bullying help centre . The money will be used for the most vital pieces of the process first and this would be the foundation of the website itself . We would try to create the website to look like whats its meant for, we will be doing this by having custom backgrounds to certain pages as well as fonts.
Here below will be a selection of a couple of our test fonts, and our very own logo. ( each image can be clicked to be viewed in full screen)

Technical Considerations
We have thought of an idea where we a monthly subscription and this benefits both the company and those who donate. this donation would be £5.99 a month and the customers who donate receive advice on how there child be have a bully free life and how to help the parents help their children whenever they can and whenever we can.
We have thought about any short term money usages and we decided to to use some of the budget for those who donate to us with leaflets, wristbands and other items. for the long term we have decided to save the money for any website promotions like billboard advertisements and this would attract more eyes and possibly money for the company.
For our staff we will be including -
researchers
admin staff
online operators
props
the researchers will be helping the company with any current incursions and any way to power through any problems as well as helping us find new strategies.
Admin staff will be in control of some of the main companies features .
Props might be used in any future company parades/festivals/ charity events.
This project would need multiple contributors to help c0mplete its finality.
Everything in the process of the making will be legal in every way.
If our core website will have no delays then we should expect to have the project finished in 4-5 weeks that's including any risk assessment form that may or may not be needed signing.

Treatment
These will be the foundations of each page and content page on our website the some of the information within.
This would be the main page and where most of the different content pages be be seen and clicked. The main page will have all the links to any customer required pages such as wanting to subscribe to the company of seek help form one of our operatives.
|
This would be one of our (purpose pages) and this is when the viewers would see all the previous children who had problems and where they are now because of our companies support.
|
This would be a thank you page where a member purchases a monthly subscription and is welcomed by this page and is sent an email about the TWGS starter pack they will receive which will be a number of cosmetics like TWGS wristbands and more.
|
This is a feedback page and this is where customers may ask questions and where our operators may respond to their question and try to give advice. The advice can help us to find more and more possible ways to help parents and kids no matter the problem.
|
This would be one of our ADVICE sections and this is where the customers could receive help in anyway possible as these types of pages will be seen in many form and if the client still requires assistance they may simply ask in the feedback link which will be able to be seen at the bottom of every section.
